Pay
Starting at $24.00 per hour - tiered based on experience
Plus a 6% employer 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting — an additional $1.44 per hour!
Position Details
- All shifts available
- Evening shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Night shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Extended shift: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Immediate and flexible start dates available
Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and document care
- Communicate changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with RNs and other members of the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility to practice in Kentucky
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, geriatric, hospital, or similar nursing experience is a plus; however, all qualified LPNs are encouraged to apply
