We are seeking a motivated, driven, and coachable Acquisition Representative to join our remote team.

Responsibilities
As an Acquisition Representative, you will:
- Source, qualify, and negotiate real estate deals directly with sellers and agents.
- Perform cold calling, text campaigns, and follow-ups to generate motivated seller leads.
- Accurately analyze properties by determining ARV (After Repair Value), MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer), and rehab costs.
- Identify and structure creative finance opportunities including Subject-To and Seller Financing offers.
- Run comparative market analyses (comps) to determine property value and profit potential.
- Build rapport with property owners, uncover their needs, and create win-win offers.
- Collaborate with the Dispositions team to ensure smooth closing and handoff of contracts.
- Track and manage leads in CRM and follow up consistently.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or real estate investing.
- Proven experience in cold calling and seller negotiations.
- Strong understanding of property analysis (ARV, MAO, rehab estimates).
- Familiarity with creative finance strategies (Subject-To, Seller Finance).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
- Proficient with tools like PropStream, Privy, REI Reply, or similar CRM systems (preferred).
Compensation
- 6% commission on all wholesale deals.
- 15%–20% commission on commercial or creative finance deals.
