We are actively seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician in Chinle, AZ to join our team!
Our contract assignments range from a minimum of 13 weeks to 1 year with the mutual option to extend, giving you the opportunity to broaden your horizons and choose a different adventure.

- ABEM / Residency Trained IM/FP
- BC is preferred
- Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- MD/DO License: Active / Unrestricted and free of disciplinary actions
- DEA Unrestricted
- CV or Resume
- Certifications
- (3) professional references (Name, title, email, and number)
- Security Documents & Offer/Commitment Letter (will send later via Docu-Sign)
