Worldwide Medical Staffing, a Joint Commission Certified and Native Veteran-Owned healthcare staffing agency based in Mesa, AZ, is expanding! Due to a significant increase in business, we are looking to add a dedicated Credentialing Specialist to our growing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our healthcare professionals are fully compliant and ready for placement. Responsibilities include:

Onboarding new hires by collecting and reviewing required certifications and immunization records

Coordinating applications and maintaining clear communication with candidates and clients

Managing background checks and fingerprinting processes

Conducting I-9 verifications

Verifying affiliations and employment history

Monitoring certification expiration dates and proactively notifying employees at 45- and 30-day intervals
What We’re Looking For

Previous healthcare credentialing experience preferred

Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and compliance practices is a plus

Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple files efficiently

Excellent organizational and computer skills to maintain accurate credentialing records

Strong communication and attention to detail
Work Schedule & Compensation

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)

$19–$24 per hour, depending on experience
