Worldwide Logistics Inc. is looking for a Pricing Specialist. As a Pricing Specialist you will work with internal sales, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe.
The position is responsible mainly for daily pricing functions and reports to the Pricing Manager.
This role requires a high sense of urgency in a fast paced and demanding customer & sales driven environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Carry out Day to Day pricing functions
- Developing relationships with the steamship lines, co-loaders, and international agents
- Assisting sales team with daily inquiries
- Maintain bi-weekly rate sheets
- Not limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have ability to work in a very dynamic environment
- Work in a cross-functional setting with various parts of the organization and beyond
- Self-started with an energized attitude
- Ability to stay focused under pressure & deliver on tight deadlines
