We are hiring a Team Lead – Workflow to join our Workflow department in our King of Prussia, PA office!
The Team Lead – Workflow is responsible for providing the technical product and system knowledge to the Workflow Department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, handling complex issues, escalated requests, and answers team members’ questions.
- Manage inventory and sends daily assignments to the team to meet Service Level Agreements. Assists with production-oriented tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with IT to perform routine testing and report feedback during system updates and changes.
- Create individualized productivity reports for each employee to review in monthly meetings. Perform productivity analyses to determine appropriate production benchmarks. Work closely with the Senior Manager - Workflow and the Supervisor – Workflow to develop corrective action plans for employees that are struggling to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager – Workflow and the Supervisor - Workflow to provide feedback for employees’ year end performance reviews.
- Identify trends and educational opportunities for existing employees and coordinate the successful onboarding of new employees. Lead training sessions as needed.
- Interpret and disseminate procedure updates and information to the team. Draft new procedures and updates existing documentation as necessary.
- Interact effectively with all levels across the company and encourage employee engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a production-oriented position with changing inventory and varying metrics preferred.
- Prior experience leading a team is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the propensity to lead by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and findings to a variety of audiences over email and in person.
- Ability to effectively represent the goals and interests of both the department and the company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to implement and assist with managing change within the team and the department.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Facilitation, technical, and investigative skills.
- Conflict resolution, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis, including trending and root-cause analyses.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
- Ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively.
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
- Must be able to work in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office when required.
Working conditions:
- Work environment requires moderate keyboard and computer terminal exposure in an office.
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule in our King of Prussia office.
- Overtime and/or schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
