Here’s how you’ll help us build what’s next and shape how we serve our members:
Architecture & Technology Leadership
- Set direction and provide hands‑on leadership across system and software architecture, including services, applications and databases.
- Ensure high‑quality technical documentation and project artifacts.
- Lead the evaluation, selection and implementation of new technologies, systems and solutions.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning).
- Oversee secure software development and release management processes, including code reviews, comprehensive testing and resource allocation across multiple product platforms.
- Evaluate and continuously monitor the application portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement, modernization and transformation.
Application & Platform Management
- Provide ongoing management of business applications including BizTalk, SQL and Oracle databases, Salesforce, web services/API management, .NET solutions, and EDI/FTP integrations.
- Ensure timely issue resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.
People Leadership & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, business leaders, and key technology partners to support enterprise priorities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, proactive communication and shared accountability across engineering, architecture and QA teams.
- Lead a team of high performers by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting employee development through regular evaluations and growth opportunities.

- You’ve put your degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Information Systems to good use and have proven experience with web services, API management, SQL and Oracle databases.
- With 10 years in insurance, finance, or comparable fields, you bring proven expertise in navigating and leading within heavily regulated industries.
- With 5 years of leadership experience, you champion great technology—and the people who power it.
- You thrive in a hybrid work environment and live within a commutable distance of our King of Prussia office.
- Bonus points: You have experience in the international private medical insurance (IPMI) or travel insurance industry.
