Maintenance Technician
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour
Worldwide Foam is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. If you have experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and enjoy solving problems in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become major issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment problems.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility, including general upkeep.
- Assist with inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Work closely with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, forklift, and scissor lift systems.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
