Multi-faceted entertainment company is looking for an Executive Assistant for a high-level Executive position at the Company reporting to both the President in New York and the Executive Vice-President in Los Angeles.
This person must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a professional assistant in the corporate world. Music industry is a plus but not necessary.
The position is based in New York City and will be remote in the beginning to being on site in the near future in the office. Start date is anticipated mid to late May 2026.
The Executives engage in all areas of the company and are looking for someone who can work in a demanding environment. The President is also a sitting Board Member and a major stockholder in this Company and a sitting Board member on another Company.
This is a very demanding job and because it is a start-up, consists of exceptionally long hours. The person applying needs to understand this.
The role of the Executives you will be reporting to, is entrusted in ensuring success right away.

Job Duties: Below is a sample - not all duties are listed
Managing correspondence between the founders, partners and team as needed on a daily basis
· Communicating and scheduling staff meetings with staff, Executives, outside high-level C-Suite Executives, clients, and in-house staff
· Keeping track of Executive’s schedule and schedule meetings
· Answering phones and general administrative work
· Preparing and collecting reports for weekly meetings and to send to staff on a regular basis meeting deadlines
· Expense reports
· Errands as needed
· Booking travel schedule, rental cars, and car service
· Attending artist’s shows and other events produced in-house
· Vendor and other research
· General filing and copying
· Ensuring Executives orders/direction are conducted
· Organizing and overseeing Executive’s time in a productive manner at all times
The role will also be to compile information and reports for quarterly stockholder meetings for the President and be able to deal with investor relations for the President as needed in a professional manner.
