Role Description The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating drapery and bedding projects from order intake through production, installation, and final delivery. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project timelines, managing documentation, monitoring production and logistics, and ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met. The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to expedite orders, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include supporting inspections, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with expediting activities, including working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting processes.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality control practices related to manufactured products.
- Background in Logistics Management, including coordinating shipments, deliveries, and installation timelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and project tracking tools; experience with ERP or production systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, textiles, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, operations, or project management is beneficial.
