Worldscape is seeking a skilled Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization. The Accounting Intern is responsible for supporting the Finance team in the initial ERP implementation project (Sage Intacct). When the project goes live, the Accounting Intern will support AR, AP, JE, and the month-end close. There is an opportunity for a full-time position when the intern has demonstrated success in this role.

- This is a hybrid role based in Redmond, WA.
- This is a part-time, 10-20 hours per week internship with the possibility to convert to full time, and will be flexible to adjust for class schedules and study needs.
- The hourly rate for this role is $22/hr.
- Assist with ERP implementation
- Responsible for monthly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle billing, AR, and AP
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
- Audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate from a college or university with a major in Accounting or Finance
- GAAP knowledge required
- MS Word, Excel (pivot table, formulas) and teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across depts, clients and vendors
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
