Overview: This role supports daily operations and staff management in the Security department at Worlds of Fun.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce rules and policies of Worlds of Fun, Six Flags Entertainment, State Laws, County and City Ordinances
- Patrol assigned areas, check for unauthorized persons or vehicles, unlocked doors, and fire hazards
- Respond to emergencies, evaluate situations, and act accordingly
- Apprehend individuals involved in criminal activity, write detailed reports, and testify in court if required
- Maintain control of Toll Plaza, Park entry and exits, and escort guests/ambassadors as needed
- Address guest concerns, provide exceptional service, and conduct training sessions
