What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Worldflex?
This candidate will need strong bookkeeping skills with experience in QuickBooks, specifically.
Must be a great communicator and able to present professionally to clients both in person and virtually. Proficient in MS Office Suite, with intermediate to expert level Excel skills, zoom and teams set up and great verbal skills are a plus.
Must perform multiple jobs from payroll reporting for multiple work groups, employee record keeping, filing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, track warehouse inventory and manage shipping paperwork for multiple locations and maintain existing reporting methods via Excel. You will need "thick skin" for this position. You will also be expected to manage employees and have occasional uncomfortable conversations. You will be collaborating with multiple managers on multiple matters and accuracy is a MUST!!
