In This Role You Will
- Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews
- Own and drive our onsite interview experience. We're an in office company with 5 days a week onsite.
- You own and execute on technical and business scheduling requests, always putting your clients: Recruiters, Candidates & Interviewers first.
- Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes.
- Drive programs and projects to improve how we work. Become the expert on our ATS, tools and overall talent operations.
- 3 years of recruiting coordinating or relevant experience in fast-growing startups or scaleups
- Highly individual: you bring personal creativity and ownership to your work
- Collaborative: you know how to influence, not just execute, and you build deep partnerships with your team and stakeholders
- A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action
- Data-driven: you use numbers and narrative to make better decisions
- Energized by pace, experimentation, and building from scratch

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
