QUALIFICATIONS:
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $84,400 to $105,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Job Summary:
Provides support for all negotiation elements of Procurement Management function:
- Develop comprehensive negotiation strategies to optimize deal value to WWT
- Identifies and engages in opportunities to add value through the Procurement team
- Markets team and highlights value generated from negotiations activity to encourage future engagement opportunities
- Secures the best solution at the best price for WWT
- Applies best-in-class procurement methodologies and negotiation tactics
- Responsible for independently negotiating and editing WWT and third-party contract templates throughout the negotiation process to effectively mitigate risk to WWT
- Analyzes internal and external data and benchmarks to define negotiations targets
- Collaborate effectively to lead efforts of cross-functional high performing teams
- Leverages workflow management, contract management and other systems/tools to facilitate successful execution
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to evaluate procurement needs, develop negotiation strategies, and facilitate vendor selection process
- Summarizes progress in negotiation and effectively tells the story of the deal
- Frames messaging appropriately for consumption by applicable audience
- Negotiation deals that are complex, strategic, and have a high-risk potential
- Establishing and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups
- Managing a portfolio of deals that require advanced procurement skills
- Collaborating across all phases of supplier lifecycle to drive high performance teams
- Achievement oriented with a strong drive to deliver results and consistently preforming at an elevated level
- Conducts through planning to ensure organization can deliver necessary work to achieve goals
- Business Partnership & Consulting: Functions as a trusted advisor regarding relevant markets, business strategies, and operating environments to both the business and individual members.
- Contracting: Develops appropriate business arrangements that govern the relationship between the organization and the stakeholder.
- Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Adapts to rapidly changing events and environments while accurately judging priorities and keeping track of details.
- Negotiations and Influence: Engages in discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviors, or opinions of others.
- Relationship Management: Cultivates business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally, externally, and virtually.
- Systems Thinking: Analyzes business issues holistically and implements solutions that integrate structure, people, process, and technology.
- Technical Communication/ Presentation: Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex information in a concise format that is appropriate for the audience.
- Data analysis
- Knowledge and use of eProcurement and eSourcing methodology
- Success oriented with a strong drive to deliver results
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Category knowledge of Information Technology software, hardware, and services
- ERP system, e-procurement tools, MS Office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, supply chain, or a related field ( a combination of training and experience will be considered in lieu of degree).
- A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Requires at least 8 years of prior experience in procurement, contract management, or related role
- Proven history of delivering results through process development and governance oversight.
