This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting and analytics, process improvement, content creation, and technology adoption. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to real-world business and technology challenges, and contribute fresh ideas to improve operational efficiency.

Job Summary
The Technical Delivery & Engineering Intern will support a variety of projects and initiatives across our Solutions, Consulting & Engineering organization. Job Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, reporting, and governance activities.
- Analyze data and create dashboards/reports using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Support internal communications, sales enablement campaigns, and content creation (presentations, newsletters, videos, case studies).
- Help build community and engagement tools such as onboarding materials, consultant surveys, and platform pages.
- Shadow professionals to observe best practices and provide feedback for standardization and process optimization.
- Learn and apply emerging technologies including AI tools, low-code applications, and integration platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
- You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program.
- Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel
- Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others
- Must provide reliable transportation & housing
