Job Responsibilities
- Holistic Enterprise Networking Solutions : Serves as a visionary client engagement leader, deeply understanding needs and addressing them through innovative solutions and transformative recommendations. Lead the sales and technical teams in constructing comprehensive solutions that embrace advanced networking capabilities.
- Maximize Account Engagement : Work synergistically with WWT account teams and sales units to probe, qualify, and secure business opportunities across both traditional and advanced networking sectors.
- Shape Forward-Looking Solutions : Leverage cutting-edge technologies like 5G, Network as a Service, SD-WAN / SD-Branch, and cloud WAN to meet client business objectives, while balancing cost and complexity.
- Financial and Technical Modeling : Develop nuanced cost estimates that factor in the TCO and ROI of transitioning to advanced networking architectures.
- Influential Proposals : Craft compelling proposals that highlight not just immediate solutions, but also long-term strategies centered on network transformation technologies and trends. Present these proposals and strategies to senior executive leadership.
- Business Development : Lead the strategic development of comprehensive solutions, leveraging extensive expertise in the technology ecosystem and WWT's internal capabilities to drive business growth and market differentiation. Drive the pursuit of strategic business opportunities, aligning internal teams and ultimately contributing to revenue and profit growth for WWT.
- Cross-Company Collaboration : Build strong internal WWT relationships across sales and services groups, driving alignment and synergy in client engagement efforts. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration in solution development, empowering teams to innovate and deliver transformative solutions that drive client success.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) in systems architecture, systems engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field required.
Work Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a related field required. Experience working in a large consulting firm setting preferred.
Other Work Experience
10 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in these areas. This experience should include complex network solutions in multiple industries at a global scale.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25% of the time Domestic and International Travel.
