A Brief Overview
The Manager, Vendor Management Office will lead the strategic and operational management of the contingent workforce program and vendor management systems (VMS). This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Services Partner Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of partner system processes, system governance, and system compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings expertise in partner operations, excels in relationship management, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across workforce programs.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $147,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Program Oversight
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Services Partner Management Specialists.
- Oversee the execution of contingent workforce operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high service standards, and consistent program delivery.
- Set team goals, manage workload distribution, and ensure accountability for key program metrics.
- Own the strategic administration of the VMS (Beeline), including system performance, upgrades, partner relations, and data integrity.
- Oversee complex data operations (bulk uploads, compliance records, and reporting).
- Partner with IT and third-party partners to resolve system issues and enhance functionality.
- Ensure scalable, compliant processes for contingent worker and professional services lifecycle events.
- Standardize documentation practices for program system management.
- Serve as an escalation point for strategic partners and internal business units in relation to systems operations.
- Advise partner of service-level agreements (SLAs), manage escalations, and drive performance improvement initiatives within system operations.
- Enforce compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements across the contingent workforce and professional services programs.
- Oversee the development of program dashboards, compliance audits, and data analytics within systems.
- Present insights and trends to leadership, supporting recommendations with actionable data.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance program efficiency, cost savings, and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to modernize program operations.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in contingent labor management and VMS utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in partner management, contingent workforce operations, or staffing programs.
- 2 years of people leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and contingent workforce regulations.
- Exceptional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate reports, and drive business improvements based on insights.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with global or enterprise-wide contingent workforce programs.
- Process improvement expertise
- Familiarity with procurement systems, contract lifecycle management, or external workforce strategies.
