Roles Overview:

The Business Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled sales products that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and seller productivity at enterprise scale.

Reporting into the Sales organization, this role owns a portfolio of AI-powered capabilities including large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, managed as business products embedded directly into seller workflows. The role works closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Technology, Architecture, AI, Enablement, and Analytics to ensure products are scalable, well-governed, and adopted effectively by end users.

This position leads through influence and serves as a key product leader responsible for aligning business needs, technical execution, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Core Accountability:

Own the success of AI-enabled sales products across the full product lifecycle, with accountability for business impact, user adoption, and long-term value realization across the sales process.

Why This Role Matters:

This role plays an important part in helping the organization move from AI experimentation to consistent, enterprise-ready solutions. By ensuring AI products are thoughtfully designed, governed, and integrated into daily seller workflows, the Senior Business Product Manager helps improve decision quality, streamline sales execution, and enable more effective, value-based selling.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled sales products.
  • Ensure AI capabilities are aligned to business objectives such as revenue growth, margin improvement, and productivity.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
  • Partner with technical teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale advanced AI capabilities (e.g., copilots, autonomous agents, RAG) while enforcing responsible AI and governance standards.

Applied AI, LLM & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide enhancements and optimization.
  • Partner with AI and technical leaders to define and govern:
  • Prompt frameworks and standards
  • Context injection strategies (CRM, pricing, content, account intelligence)
  • Quality, reliability, explainability, and trust thresholds
  • Ensure AI outputs are decision-ready, reliable, and trusted, not experimental.

Seller Workflow & Sales Motion Enablement

  • Define and execute the vision for AI products that operate in the flow of seller work.
  • Embed AI capabilities into core seller tools and moments of action (e.g., CRM, productivity, and collaboration platforms).
  • Align AI-powered experiences to seller roles and motions, including:
  • Account and opportunity planning.
  • Deal shaping, pricing strategy, and margin guidance.
  • Proposal development, business value articulation, and executive narratives
  • Pipeline, forecasting, and execution management.

End-to-End Lifecycle & Value Realization

  • Own outcomes across the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → adoption → optimization.
  • Ensure AI products mature from pilots into scaled, durable capabilities embedded in daily sales execution.

Strategic Advisory & Executive Partnership

  • Serve as an advisor to Sales leadership on how applied AI, LLMs, and agents enable revenue growth and services-led expansion.
  • Influence investment and prioritization decisions through data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and AI performance metrics.
  • Shape enterprise narratives on Sales AI value, maturity, and roadmap progression.

Change Management, Adoption & Enablement Leadership

  • Lead enterprise change management for AI-enabled seller workflows.
  • Define adoption strategies, enablement plans, training (including prompt literacy and citizen development), and communications aligned to sales roles.
  • Monitor adoption, trust signals, and workflow friction; continuously optimize experiences to improve seller effectiveness and consistency.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Partner closely with Technical Product Manager, IT, Architecture, AI, Data, Enablement, and Analytics leaders.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Maintain executive-level visibility through dashboards, roadmap reviews, and outcome-based reporting tied to revenue, margin, productivity, and AI performance.

,

Qualifications:

Required

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, business architecture, consulting, or revenue-facing business roles.
  • Proven ownership of enterprise-scale products or initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes (revenue, margin, deal velocity, productivity).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including opportunity management, pricing and margin strategy, proposals, and services/solution selling.
  • Firsthand experience with AI-enabled capabilities (LLMs, copilots, agents, automation) embedded into production business workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving adoption and change for complex, enterprise tools, or platforms.

Preferred
