The Business Operations Lead drives the execution of multiple business operations initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and overall organizational performance. This role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs, design solutions and drive change throughout the organization. Responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, managing project timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvements and innovative solutions.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $94,400.00 to $141,600.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop solutions, and drive change and transformation.
- Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify organizational priorities and opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance & Accounting, management, and other key stakeholders to support the implementation of organizational initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Monitor trends and best practices and make recommendations for innovative approaches and interventions.
- Leads writing and editing efforts for complex or sensitive team communications.
- Develops and maintains standards, styles, and best practices for content and communications.
- Oversees Initiative Tracking and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Partners with leadership to align communication and events strategy with team goals
- Coaches junior team members on tools, communication techniques, and brand standards.
- Proactively identifies and implements efficiency improvements that impact team trust and productivity.
- Manages large-scale internal events and recognition programs with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field (e.g., HR, communications, change management, organizational development,
- business administration)
- Experienced in developing and scaling enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and best practices that support responsible and effective adoption, experience with AI is a plus!
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to educate, influence, and engage stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
