DRAG CREW
Do you love cars, racing, and the excitement of live motorsports? World Wide Technology
Raceway is looking for passionate motorsport enthusiasts to join our Drag Crew and be part of the
team that makes race day happen.
Working on the drag crew puts you right in the middle of the action—not in the stands, but on the
track. Our team plays a vital role in facilitating each race, helping maintain a safe racing
environment while delivering an unforgettable experience for every competitor who pulls into the
lanes.
Most drag crew positions can be learned quickly, and we’ll provide the training you need to
succeed. Within just a few weeks, you’ll be building skills and gaining hands-on experience in the
fast-paced world of drag racing. While this is a fun and exciting industry, it’s also a professional
environment where teamwork, reliability, and strong work ethic matter. A genuine interest in
motorsports and the drive to learn can easily make up for a lack of experience—we’re happy to
train motivated individuals who are ready to grow.
Drag racing is a tight-knit community, and everyone starts somewhere. There’s no better place to
get your start in the industry than World Wide Technology Raceway. If you’re eager to learn and
willing to work hard, we can take you from knowing nothing about the sport to becoming a valued
member of our race operations team.
Many of our positions are cross-trained, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple roles
around the track. The more skills you develop, the more valuable you become to the team—and the
more opportunities you may have.
We offer competitive hourly pay ($15–$18/hour) along with Dental, Vision, and additional
benefits.
If you’ve ever wanted to work where the engines roar and the Christmas Tree drops, this is your
chance to be part of the team that brings race day to life.
