Preferred locations: CO
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
This position will create, edit, and manage technical documentation for our customer. Working directly with the customer and various project teams to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. Technical writing may include diagrams, standard operating procedures, training materials, reports, and digital content.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Clearance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Author and edit technical documentation such as user guides, installation manuals, training materials, and service descriptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., software developers, engineers, product managers) to gather and verify technical information.
- Ensure content quality and consistency by adhering to style guides, formatting standards, and brand identity requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for varied audiences, including government clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage documentation projects, including scheduling, version control, and publishing across platforms.
- Support compliance and governance by ensuring documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
