Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive briefings and other customer and partner meetings and events with positive brand representation and guest experience
  • Communicate office activity to field sales, partner contacts and internal marketing team
  • Assist with various marketing, business development and leadership projects as needed
  • Partner with corporate marketing on meeting and event logistics
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events
  • Willingness to support evening events on occasion
  • Manage schedules and communications for senior executive
  • Gather documents to prepare for key meetings
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk support
  • Contribute to development of operational efficiencies
  • Coordinate travel/entertainment, manage expenses
  • Schedule office meeting space
  • Serve as the point person for office maintenance, shipping/receiving, office supplies, IT issues, and security related matters
  • Manage corporate suites and tickets with local venues and arenas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • 2-4 years of planning, time management and organizational skills; strong background in calendar/event management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times – front line contact for customers, partners and employees
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external clients and stakeholders
