Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $106,400.00 to $159,600.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The Business Operations Manager oversees and coordinates multiple medium to large-sized projects and initiatives within the
organization that impact a significant portion of the business. Managers demonstrate mastery in leading complex projects
aimed at optimizing organizational performance. They take ownership of the entire process from identifying areas for
improvement to designing and implementing tailored solutions. Typically, they manage other Ops professionals, develop and
implement operational strategies, and collaborate with senior leader level stakeholders to drive organizational change and
improvement. The Operations Manager is key to building and scaling operational frameworks that support the organization's
growth ambitions and profitability while providing fulfilling careers and professional satisfaction to the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large-sized projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and solutions that align with business goals.
- Take ownership of key business processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and continuously improved.
- Lead the day-to-day work of one or more team members
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex operational initiatives. Coordinate resources and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of operational performance metrics. Drive initiatives to achieve performance targets.
- Shapes communication strategy and execution for the Deployment Services organization.
- Serves as advisor to leadership on internal engagement and messaging effectiveness.
- Owns and evolves content frameworks, style guides, editorial calendars, and communications platforms.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives, applying analytics and feedback to drive change.
- Partners across functions to ensure consistency and clarity in digital and technical content.
- Mentors others and drives knowledge sharing practices within the team.
- Anticipates organizational needs and proactively plans for future communication or support initiatives.
