Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

- Candidates much live in and/or near a WWT market in the Heartland Area (i.e. Nashville, St Louis, Kansas City, etc.)
- Qualified candidates should have 15 years of experience delivering large scale IT solutions.
- 2 to 5 years of previous leadership/management experience required
- 25 % travel may be required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, thought leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate complex IT architectures into easily understood and consumable solutions are required.
