We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. This role plays a critical part in supporting a fast-paced and innovative construction program through high-level data analysis, project coordination, and visual reporting.
The ideal candidate will be local to the area and bring experience in construction and data analytics. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. You will collaborate across teams to gather project data, develop KPIs, and deliver clear dashboards and visuals that reflect overall program health.
This position is available on a challenging, innovative and fun team covering these primary responsibilities on a demanding construction program:
- Maintain and drive to tight deadlines to deliver a portfolio of high quality accurate graphs, charts, summaries and visual controls
- Develop and analyze leading and lagging KPI’s and provide input to the PDCA cycle
- Collaborate with various project team members to collect critical project data and feedback
- Assemble summary and dashboard information that reflect Program Health
Required Capabilities:
- Construction experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Extremely organized and deadline driven
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
