Worldwide Jewelry & Pawn is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates / Pawnbrokers to join our team in Kokomo. This is a fast-paced position where you’ll work with jewelry, electronics, tools, collectibles, gaming systems, and more while helping customers through sales and pawn transactions.

Schedule:
- Store hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 10am–5pm
- Closed Sundays and all major holidays
- Typical shifts are approximately 9:30am–6:30pm weekdays and 9:30am–5:30pm Saturdays
- No late-night retail hours
- We do our best to provide employees with a consistent weekly day off
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with retail sales and pawn transactions
- Research, test, and evaluate merchandise
- Inspect items for quality and condition
- Negotiate prices professionally and confidently
- Maintain organized showcases and sales floor displays
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and store operations
- Follow company procedures and training standards
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Pawn experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Must pass a background check
People with experience in retail sales, wireless sales, auto parts, jewelry sales, customer service, bartending, banking, reselling, or restaurant service often do very well in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
