Founder and Owner
Joanna Puello, Founder and Director, has 25 years of experience as an educator, nonprofit founder and director, instructional designer, and project manager. She holds a BA in Creative Writing and an MS in Instructional Design. Joanna founded World Upside Down nonprofit in 2013 and World Upside Down Arts Studio in 2023 out of a firm belief that creativity is a gift from God and reflects her Creator’s beauty, majesty, and infinite love for her. Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Greenville, SC
Job Type: Part-Time
about 20 hours a week within the hours of 8am and 6:00pm.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Greenville, SC. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
- Assist in the development of skills for daily living and social interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. You will only drive to our location at World Upside Down Arts Studio located at 1200 Woodruff Road, Building H7, Greenville, SC 29607. Services will be rendered at the studio.
