This high-impact role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and storytelling. As a key member of the North America and World Championships (NA & WCE) Finance team, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into insight and insight into action. You’ll play a lead role in driving business visibility, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring that plans stay aligned with our global objectives. We’re looking for someone who’s analytically sharp, relentlessly curious, and energized by solving complex problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  •  Collaborate on NA / WCE planning cycles (budget, forecast, long-range plan), working with regional and cross-functional teams to build forward-looking models that reflect both strategic ambition and operational reality
  • Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, challenge inefficiencies, and champion scalable processes that enable better decision-making – embrace a continuous improvement mindset
  • Be a thought partner to leadership by proactively supporting strategic initiatives and unlocking value through financial modeling, scenario planning, and decision-support
  • Translate complex insights into actionable stories by delivering thoughtful and high-velocity updates on financial results, forecasts, and risks & opportunities to senior management
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to synthesize real-time price / volume results to influence forward looking decision making; ability to drive alignment on long-range pricing and athlete volumes
  • Provide timely financial support for business development to enhance NA / WCE portfolio, focused on elevating the athlete experience
  • Be the conduit to educate business partners / operators on finance best practices and instilling new ways of working to drive reliability and credibility for the region

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
  • 8 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, with a strong foundational understanding of best practices 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., complex financial modeling, data analysis, etc.)
  • Ability to concisely communicate complex financial information to senior management and non-financial business partners 
  • Solution orientation with the ability to identify quick wins, simplify complex problems, and drive value without overengineering
  • Strong curiosity in the future of AI and its intersection with financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making; strong bias to experimenting AI tools and driving process efficiency
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in a global organization with exposure to international financial processes is a plus
