We’re hiring experienced, full time Corporate Travel Agents. Remote work is available, depending on location. The successful candidate will provide travel services for business travelers, including arranging domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel, and any other travel services as requested. He or she will utilize communication skills and teamwork to deliver optimum service and achieve high customer satisfaction, as well as develop strong relationships with clients and vendors.

- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of GDS and any other products used

- Proficiency on Sabre GDS is required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a travel agency environment working on diverse, complex, and demanding accounts
- Working knowledge of technology and PC literacy
- Working knowledge of Online Booking Tools is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Superior skills in organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-up
- Exceptional customer service traits in handling VIP/Executive clients requiring high touch reservation assistance
