Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a NEMT Driver located in Los Angeles, CA. The NEMT Driver will be responsible for safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs. The role includes assisting clients as needed, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and completing necessary documentation and reporting. Professionalism and excellent customer service are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Driving and CDL Class C skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and ADA regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in medical transportation or a related field is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility devices
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
