Philippines-Grant and Curriculum Writer

As a member of a holistic, church-planting team in the Philippines, the Grant and Curriculum Writer will use their writing skills and experience to assist in curriculum development and to procure grants for the Coral Reef Project in Caramoan.

Make a difference in remote coastal communities that will make a difference for generations to come by helping teams organize and revise all existing materials for future local educators. Research and identify new funding that aligns with our mission and goals. Write compelling grant proposals and submit them within deadlines. Work on other projects as needed such as revamping the website, developing the organization story for social media, preparing videos and presentations for fundraising opportunities, partnership development and educational materials for fishing communities.

• Bachelor’s in English/writing or demonstrable writing skills
• Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success in growing social media channels
• Experience with photo and video editing software
• Some knowledge of managing grant database
• Creative and passionate about the Environment
  
  

Help Reefs for Life enter new communities while maintaining their baseline operations. Identify new sources of revenue stream, including developing relationships with corporations to donate needed items.
