Financial Services Professional – (Commission-Based)

Overview
We are part of a national financial literacy campaign on a mission to educate 30 million families across North America. Through a diverse distribution platform partnered with top-tier financial institutions, we help individuals, families, and business owners gain control of their financial futures.

No prior experience is required—we provide world-class training, mentorship, and support for those who are coachable and driven.

Position Type:

• Independent Contractor
• 100% Commission-Based (No Salary)
• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Remote or Local (Hybrid optional)

What You’ll Do:

• Educate individuals and families on financial fundamentals (e.g. income protection, saving for retirement, debt solutions)
• Offer access to financial products through industry-leading providers
• Follow a proven system and mentorship structure to build your client base
• Option to build a team and develop leadership income
• Attend ongoing training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old
• Must reside in USA or Canada
• State/provincial licensing (self-funded)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable Wi-Fi or internet access
• Legal status to work
• Background check may be required for licensing

No prior financial experience required. Many of our team members come from non-finance backgrounds including education, healthcare, customer service, and trades.

Compensation:

• Commission-based with no caps
• Bonuses & incentive trips available
• Potential for residual income
