As part of our team, you will ensure lawns, gardens, and recreational areas reflect the highest standards of care and aesthetics. Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to perfection will directly contribute to the signature Worlds Care Club experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance premium outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal planting.
- Oversee irrigation systems, ensuring optimal watering and sustainability without compromising appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently for all groundskeeping duties.
- Perform advanced lawn care routines, including fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed management, for flawless turf.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays, creating visually stunning landscapes.
- Monitor plant health, identifying pests or diseases early, and implement preventative or corrective measures.
- Support general estate maintenance: debris removal, soil preparation, mulch application, and equipment upkeep.
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to upholding Worlds Care Club’s standard of excellence in every detail.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is ideal but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping principles is a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining safety and high-quality standards.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating premium, curated outdoor environments.
