Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support overall cleanliness standards.
• Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and safety.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest needs are consistently met.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing and industrial cleaning methods enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Knowledge of janitorial practices or industrial cleaning procedures ensures comprehensive service delivery.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising custodial staff is a plus for those interested in housekeeper management roles.
