Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability.POSITION SUMMARY:The HSS Housing Specialist will be responsible for administering the Housing Stabilization Support (HSS) Program for eligible clients. The Specialist will help identify and procure safe and affordable housing for all clients. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as primary point of contact for clients seeking HSS assistance. As such, the coordinator will: Schedule and conduct client intakes; Collect client documents and maintain program files in accordance with HSS and client confidentiality guidelines; attend HSS meetings to stay up-to-date on program changes; file monthly billing and MCR to DSHS.
