Responsibilities

- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, sensory activities, and early intervention strategies.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, standardized testing, and documentation to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral concerns, and progress updates effectively.
- Manage classroom routines, transitions, and activities to ensure a safe and organized learning environment.
