This is a F/T position located in Beaverton
Position Summary:
World of Smiles Pediatric (and Teen) Dentistry is looking for dynamic addition to our front office team! Responsibilities include; greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying private/OHP insurances, as well as other daily administration tasks.
We are looking for passionate, caring people, who love providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile!
Our Ideal Candidate:
3 years dental (or medical) front office experience
Dentrix or similar dental software
EXCELLENT customer service AND communication (verbal and written) skills
Teamwork AND ability to self-manage
Multitasker that thrives in a fast-pace work environment
Professional and POSITIVE
Computer proficiency REQUIRED (our office is paperless/electronic)
Previous customer service experience (min. 5yrs.)
