World of Racing is a premium racing simulator facility.
We don’t run an arcade — we build racers.
We are hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, manage team performance, and deliver a high-energy, premium customer experience. This role blends leadership, operations, and hands-on execution on the floor.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily floor operations
- Supervise and support Pit Crew team members
- Launch and manage racing sessions with precision
- Drive sales and upsell Race Credits and experiences
- Troubleshoot PC software and hardware issues quickly
- Monitor live sessions and maintain smooth race flow
- Ensure first-time drivers are guided into the right experience (Race Around the World / Career Mode)
- Maintain a high-energy, professional environment at all times
- Handle customer issues and resolve them effectively
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Execute company systems, standards, and customer experience flow
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a professional driver — but you must be confident in both leadership and technology.
Strong candidates have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Experience in motorsports or sim racing
- Familiarity with Assetto Corsa
- Strong PC skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Ability to stay composed and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High ownership mindset — you take responsibility, not direction
Bonus Points If You
- Have built or configured gaming PCs
- Have experience managing teams or shifts
- Have racing sim or esports experience
- Have track day or real-world driving experience
