What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Floater position at World Of Love Learning Center?
```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and assess children's behavior and development, identifying areas of need or potential challenges.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
```Requirements:```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience working with infants, preschool-aged children, or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each child and provide appropriate support.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements.
