  • Train crew members on specific installation and teardown procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide performance feedback, enforcing accountability and addressing any non-compliance or substandard performance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for vendors, ensuring they understand access points, logistics, schedules, and equipment placement.
  • Oversee all vendor activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, escalating issues to your supervisor if necessary.
  • Liaise with site inspectors, collaborating with internal teams to address any concerns or compliance issues during setup and teardown.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Ensure all required documentation, including progress reports, inventory logs, and timesheets, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively via email, Slack, and project management software (such as Monday.com), ensuring the flow of information between teams is seamless.
  • Provide daily progress updates to the Operations Manager, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.

Post-Event Teardown & Site Restoration

  • Lead the teardown process, ensuring all equipment is packed safely, labeled, and prepared for transportation according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure the site is cleared of debris, trash, or materials and restored to its original condition, meeting any venue-specific requirements.
  • Conduct a final inventory of all assets and materials to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.

Show Technician Responsibilities (If Needed)

  • As part of event staff, the Event Foreman may also serve as a Show Technician, overseeing technical elements of the show during operations.
