Your Role
As a stock associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and delivering curbside orders to customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Unloading trucks and checking in product according to Company procedures.
- Stocking merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, and pricing standards.
- Maintaining the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.
- Adhering to all company Loss prevention policy and procedures.
- General housekeeping as directed by management.
- Assisting customers and representing World Market brand.
- Cashiering according to customer service guidelines and register procedures as needed.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
- 1 Years experience in retail (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Ability to initiate a conversation.
- Minimum Age 16 years.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
