Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Flow Leader located in Naples, FL. The Freight Flow Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment, and maintaining organized product flow throughout the store. The role includes managing a team to efficiently handle freight, optimizing storage space, and maintaining inventory standards. The Freight Flow Leader works to support company operational goals while providing excellent teamwork and leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics operations, shipping, receiving, and stock management
- Leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL
- Previous retail, warehouse, or supply chain experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
