Location: Auburn, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Pay: $23-$25 per hour DOE

What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for drivers and customer service calls.
- Analyze daily fuel delivery needs and assign driver schedules accordingly.
- Monitor fuel inventory systems and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Dispatch fuel loads and communicate requirements clearly to drivers.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations.
- Accurately track fleet availability and assist with documentation for internal teams.
- Report and document any accidents or spills promptly.
- Take initiative and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication-both verbal and written.
- A positive, self-starting attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Solid computer skills and comfort with dispatching systems.
- Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in the oil/fuel industry is a plus.
- Prior experience as a petroleum dispatcher preferred.
- DOT and Hazardous Materials training preferred
