Pricing Analyst – Aviation

Location: Miami, FL

Help power accurate pricing and seamless operations in a global aviation business.

World Kinect is looking for a Pricing Analyst to support our aviation business by maintaining accurate pricing, fees, and system data across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring correct customer invoicing, smooth supplier payments, and strong financial controls.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update aviation fuel posted prices, price lists, and fees across the Americas
• Review pricing data for accuracy and consistency across systems
• Calculate applicable taxes and coordinate with internal tax teams to ensure correct system entry
• Produce and review pricing and aging reports, following up on discrepancies as needed
• Partner with suppliers to keep pricing information current and accurate
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Credit, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams to support commercial activity
• Help identify and improve pricing and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in pricing, financial operations, accounting, or aviation fuel environments
• Experience supporting aviation fuel, energy, or commodity‑based businesses
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups)
• Experience working with Oracle or similar financial systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or similar analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
