Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service across multiple departments

• Fill in for team members as needed and perform assigned duties according to department procedures and store standards

• Assist departments during peak business periods by completing operational, stocking, cleaning, or support tasks

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and safety regulations

• Follow proper procedures for handling products, equipment, and materials to ensure quality and workplace safety

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient workflow

• Adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and departmental assignments as business needs require

• Accurately complete required documentation, logs, or basic recordkeeping tasks

• Participate in training to build skills needed to support different departments

• Support overall store operations by performing additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, production, or customer service environments preferred

• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work effectively in different departments

• Reliable and punctual with strong work habits

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible with assignments

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Physical Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and move throughout the store

• Ability to safely operate basic equipment as trained

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

• Experience working in a retail, warehouse, production, or customer service environment preferred

• Experience performing a variety of operational tasks across multiple departments preferred

• Experience following workplace safety procedures and company policies
