General Labor Technician

We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Technician.

Our Residential Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.

Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting ductwork, removing dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensuring proper system functionality. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks. Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.

20-26/hour

$20 - $25 an hour with high tenured technicians making more

This is a full-time position with opportunity for overtime. No experience required – We offer the most thorough training in the industry.

Requirements

• Provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers
• An ability to work independently, or in a team setting
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of Stanley Steemer vehicle
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle. This location is currently hiring drivers. To drive our company vehicles candidates must be 19 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to move and/or lift 50lbs (avg).
