The candidate should have a proven track record of developing new-to-category Innovation and executing launch support plans. The person should also have experience working with creative agencies and Global Marketing Teams, adapting brand and product ideas to the US market to achieve annual and long-term business goals. Familiarity with developing seasonal gifting items that delight consumers is a plus. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment and will bring a positive attitude to the team.
Associate Brand Manager (Bonne Maman) - Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Innovation Leadership: conceptualize new brands to expand into incremental category segments, identifying whitespace opportunities and developing brand platforms that complement and extend the existing portfolio. This includes leading early-stage brand strategy, positioning, and identity development, in partnership with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Assist in leading integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and in-store activations, with a focus on driving awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Lead day-to-day management of creative and media agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of activations.
- Oversee design and production of seasonal consumer gifting programs, ensuring alignment with brand identity and seasonal strategies across e-commerce and retail channels.
- Effectively partner with R&D, Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
- Manage brand budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead project management across initiatives, juggling multiple priorities and timelines, ensuring flawless execution of brand plans and innovation launches.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Master’s Degree (MBA) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience with premium/lifestyle/luxury consumer goods (e.g., alcohol /non-alcohol beverages, cosmetics, personal care, “mass-tige” products).
• Strong creative and design instincts.
• Strong thought leadership and strategic marketing skills.
• Highly developed results orientation.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, and with external agencies and partners. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong computer (Microsoft Office Suite) skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
Associate Brand Manager – Icing on the Cake Background
