Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Bluffton, SC. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and mentor a team, and drive branch performance to meet business goals. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, supporting loan processing, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves maintaining a strong customer service culture and working to enhance the experience of community members.
