Pet-Friendly Travel Coordinator

This role involves creating seamless travel experiences for clients who want to travel with their pets. Coordinate pet-friendly accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services to ensure that both the client and their pets enjoy a stress-free, enjoyable travel experience. Train as a Travel Professional and specialize in pet friendly travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and book customized pet-friendly travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet travel regulations, pet-friendly accommodations, transportation options, and services.
• Provide expert advice on destination regulations, vaccination requirements, pet passports, and travel insurance.
• Build relationships with pet-friendly travel partners, including hotels, airlines, pet transportation services, and veterinarians.
• Assist clients with special requests, such as pet-sitting, pet daycare, or emergency veterinary services at the destination.
• Ensure all aspects of pet travel are seamless, including arranging pet-friendly flights, ground transportation, and appropriate accommodations.
• Address any client concerns regarding traveling with pets and offer support throughout the journey.
• Stay informed of industry trends, including new destinations and services catering to pet owners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials or campaigns targeting pet-friendly travel.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to research and maintain partnerships with pet-friendly service providers.
• Passion for pets and travel.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency travel situations calmly.
